Sometimes when I consider it might be time to start thinking about getting married and having a family, I am once again reminded that these days it seems that the way to settle a domestic dispute is to throw gasoline on your significant other and set them on fire, and that's not particularly something I'm interested in.

Sometimes I have to be somewhat thankful for those days at Disney where I was working 50-60 hour weeks (or those ridiculous times when it was 60+). At least I am now somewhat prepared for the usual full time working hours of 40-45. And then I can laugh at the people who are only used to working 20, and moan about working 35.

Dad took took me to a dive restaurant in the industrial district today for some pretty awesome tenderloin sandwiches, and this was the following conversation between him and a total stranger:
Dad: Do you have real Coors?
Waitress: Real?
Dad: Yeah, like, regular Coors. Not the diet stuff that guy over there is drinking. (points to man in adjacent booth drinking Coors Light)
Guy: Diet stuff? This is great!
Dad: Oh man, you're kidding me, right?
Guy: Mmmm, taste of the Rockies!
Dad: That stuff will kill you!
Guy: *shrugs* We all gotta die from something.
Dad: I agree, but not from bad beer!
There is something iffy about middle-aged people using facebook like a 16 year old would.

Omfg I just realized it's June.these years have been going by so quickly...
I'm exhausted. I really should shower but don't feel like it. And I know for a fact I smell--that's the sad part.
